teak in head

There is a piece of horz. teak - about 3" x 12" - above and behind the toilet on my FBC, like a little shelf. I plan to remove it and refinish tomorrow. Is there anything involved in removing it other than the screws you can see? I.E. - is it screwed in from the back inside the engine box?
