Thanks for the link. This is a copy of an e-mail I just sent to his office.

"In our coastal waters, we RELY on NOAA broadcasts! From what I understand, your bill will emasculate NOAA for the sole purpose of benefitting the commercial venture known as Accuweather.

If you truly want to do some good, increase funding for the Coast Guard. Re-introduce the Saxton bill to legalize marine sanitation type 1 devices in all coastal waters. Stop toadying to COMMERCIAL interests!"
