Saw Advice Needed

I'm getting ready to remove my old deck. To cut close to the hull what type of saw is best and safest to use? I have 3 sabre saws, one circular saw which I will use for the clear long cuts. But up against the hull. Sawzall? Rotary cutter air tool? (I have a compressor) Regular roto tool? Another question should I cut all the way to hull flush for the new deck (Bertram Closed Cell)or leave an inch or so? Capt. Destroy ready here...
