I'm getting an idea...

It's about an hour and 15 minutes to my boat from where I live (assuming it actually gets there this weekend). I have a power plug in the back of the Excursion and two batteries under the hood. I can plug the thing in for a while in the back of the truck and fill it up to keep things cool while I head down to the bay. Once there, just put it on the boat and plug it in there without having to take everyting out or hoisting around big ice bags for food.

Great idea UV, now... How about some more recipe's from the coonass cookbook.
