Is a B33 "tender" offshore? *LINK*

Well, this subject has come up before here, and now we have a broker in New Orleans trying to sell a gas B33 that he says in his pitch that due to the high deckhouse, the boat is "tender offshore". Well, I'll post the link below to rodnreel.com, look under the classifieds, and the used boats 31' and over. Is this guy an honest borker or a B33 hater? You decide, I just report.
