Bob, that will be a tough one. I've seen a couple of those light sets - think Doc has them on the lobster boat B31 - and all seem to be missing the caps. Perhaps you could dig around in a plumbing supply place and find the right size sanp in stainless cap, like they use to blank off the pull out hose in a stainless sink and put an o-ring under it and it might work. Otherwise, I'm stumped.

Tommy - the two light sockets I have are missing the springs and turns out both fiber inserts that the contacts fit in are cracked, so probably not usuable as is, but the holders themselves are OK if you want them.
