What did I do?

So I went down to the boat yesterday to finish up cleaning out the gas tank, which I did.
Next project on the list was to sure up the cockpit deck, replace a few rotted pieces and put the boat in the water. Figured I do the do the whole nine yards another year. So anyway a few hours later I have no deck, no supports and removed the old monel auxillery tank from the back which included removing the ledge from the transom. Also the bulkhead at the rear of the engines was in bad shape and now that too is missing from my boat. So it looks like I'm doing the deck this year and not going fishing this week.
So now what. I usually like to think and ponder over a job prior to getting started. No time for that now. So now I can rebuild with wood and glass it, or do the nautalex covering again or go with a prefab deck from Cabrera or Glass tech.
How long is the delivery of the decking from these places and how much time would I need for the install. Has anyone put these deck in the older 62 expresses? I have heard the floor is lower then in the newwer models, does that pose a problem.
Anyway any thought or insite would be greatly appreciated. I need to start making calls this week for somthing, Hell I don't even know who carries marine plywood around here.
