I'm sure they would work great, just make sure the angle of the flap is correct. If, as the boat sits the flap extends too far outward and the flap dips into the sea the flap will stay open[allowing water in] instead off sealing the opening. On my 31 the bracket had to be wedged out at the bottom to get the correct geometry.
