Bill,

The West System epoxy, high density filler, and colodial silica will be just fine... Dish out the spots to be filled, (anything larger than a silver dollar should be built up with fiberglass), prime with un-thickened epoxy, wipe away all excess, & allow the epoxy to tack up.

Mix enough colodial silica, (same as Cabosil), with the high density mix to keep the "mud" from running or drooping. Get the West Epoxy manual if you don't already have it...
