Epoxy Resins

I need to barrier coat the bottom of the boat and will be using Interlux 2000. I have some spots that I need to touch up and the Interlux doc recommend using HT9000 resin and Watertite filler. I already have West System, can I use it? I was thinking of mixing it with the high density filler instead of the Watertite, not sure if its the same stuff as the Interlux and didnt want to get in trouble.
