I'm in Callao, Virginia. My place is on the Yeocomico River (Lodge Creek) across from Olverson's Marina. Drop by if you get that far south (look for the red boat house).

I kept the name Sandy Point when I bought the former marine patrol boat from Virginia at auction. She's patroled my local waters for 30 years so I was hesitant to let the history die. We used to launch our day sailer from Sandy Point State Park when I was a kid.
