Joe, I had the same problem. Check those return lines to see how far they actually go into the tank. When I ran mine about 3/4 of the way down, the problem pretty much stopped. Also, I always have valves on both sides of the Racors. Closing them when the engines are shut off will usually defeat even a small leak. Don't have to use them anymore since I worked on the return lines. Glad to hear Bruce say the Racors don't have to be full all the way to the top - mine don't.
