Pursuant to the International Rules of Sporting Equipment auctions promulgated by the Procedures Committee of the Organization of Hyena Haters, Clear Drinkers, and Bubble Boat Critics, all proxy bids shall be honored, and any disputes related to authority to present same are to be resolved (after payment in full for mechandise) by a committee consisting of prior UVI winners (both official winners and those that should have won) at the Dispute Resolution Center in Port Eads, Slip No. 11, and adjoining shacks.

The only evidence to be considered by the committee shall consist of oral testimony by height/weight proportionate individuals, originally born as women and continuing to live as women, with full sets of teeth, under the age of 30. Committee decorum requires that all witnesses presenting evidence be dressed in thongs, with or without wet t-shirts. Cash bribes, while not considered evidence, are strongly encouraged.

Govern yourself acordingly.
