Where does the oil come from? Is it something an overhaul would take care of prior to an install.

I have 440's now with a rope seals on the crank, the rebuilder could never get it right so I am somewhat used to dealing with oil in the engine compartment. Lots of oil absorbant diapers in the draw and one under the engines at all times seems to work.

Anyway, thanks for the info its definetely an option if I come across a pair.
