DILEMMA

Finally found my 31 Bertram. Its a Bahia Mar with 250 Cummins & 1200hrs on the meters. Contract is signed and have found someone to survey the boat but not getting anywhere with the engine survey. Seems everyone is too busy to even return my calls. The boat surveyor says he does an oil analysis and checks cooling system with a heat gun but that's all. If it reaches the rated rpm at WOT, has good oil pressure and doesn't overheat during the sea trail am I ok? Doesn't seem like I have any other options.
