I doubt very seriously that you'd get that speed out of a 31 as I recently sold a 28 with twin 170 Yannies. Fully loaded cruise was 16 with a top of maybe 21. Running with Pyrometers pegged at 1100 degrees from Pensacola to Port Eads with a weeks provisions for two, we made a neat average of 15 in calm seas.
