I also sold mine for more than I paid for it. Of course I think that holds true for most Berts anyway if they're well taken care of/updated. I bought my 1981 28 in 2000 for $39K and sold it 2 years later for $43K. How many 21 year old Bay Rays and/or Sealiners sell like that.

Also, I still love the lines of the 28. It was just too small for what we wanted to do.
