Sean, Sounds like you overfilled your batteries. Try sifoning some off a little to leave some expansion room in the cells. I use the Pink Potion and have had no problems. Check your charging system and make sure it is not overcharging as in bad regulators. 14.2 volts no more when the regulators kick in to charge. It's that simple. Dave K
