Outboards on B31

I've been wondering if it is possible to put a bracket and outboards on a 31. The reason for this application on my boat is that it is cut down like a center console boat with a marlin tower over the engine boxes thru to the opening of the v-berth. There is no bridge, no sides like a bahia mar, no windshield etc.

I could cut 30k off my rebuild not replacing and rebuilding all the gear for the diesels to go back in. If it is possible..... I have a pair of 6bt 300hp take outs for sale. Thanks in advance
