1964 B20 Moppie Bow Eye

Going over the boat I've discovered the shank of the bow eye is pretty much wasted away. I've been trying to source one but to no avail. Any ideas where I should look? Particulars are: 3/8" shank, 3 inches long (longer is ok); inside eye diameter is 1 1/2 inches, outside width of eye is 2 1/4"; length of eye 2 1/2"; 4500lbs.
