B20 Unlike any I've seen

Last night my wife and I were watching some nature show on Sea Turtles and much to my surpise there was a B20 Bahia Mar with 2 Merc. outboards around 70 HP ea. This was a old show, thinking back in late 60's. I swear it was a B20 with a traditional outboard motor style transom.
Has anyone ever heard of this?? Not that it matters but I found it interesting.
