Bottom Preparation

Question for Capt. Pat or Bruce:

I had the bottom of Catequipt soda blasted in the fall. It turns out unbeknownst to me that the bottom had previously been barrier coated with Interlux 3000 and had relatively few blisters. We let the bottom dry over the winter, and in the early spring, sanded the bottom and ground out the new blisters. I now need to prep the bottom, fill the voids and
apply new barrier coat. I intend to use west system 105/205 epoxy, Interlux YAV135 Watertite Filler and Interlux 2000 barrier coat.
I have read all of the Interlux and West System Propaganda and am a little unclear as to the best method to prep/clean the bottom prior to application of the west system epoxy/ watertite filler.
Unless you advise differently, I intend to wipe with fiberglass solvent, dry with paper towels, wash with clean water and allow to dry overnight. At that point am I ready to coat with West System and apply filler?
Do you have any further suggestions or cautions?
