Could be apples and oranges but I've run, at cruise to Washington Canyon and back 100Kt[one way] from Cape May, overnite and burnt 130gal. 270hp Cummins and like Walter said my main tank is about 158 useable. I also have Aux. tanks. I took alot of shorter rides, different weather etc. to get a feel for the Cummins' range. After a while I can come very close to fuel usage. Published so much per hour burn can change with conditions,and changing throttle settings which I'm sure you know.
