I'm replacing mine this spring with our restoration. I'm going to fabricate toe kicks in the bottom of mine so I'm going to have to form it to follow the hull curve. We'll be using 3/8" marine plywood laminated with Formica for all three panels. The money is flying out of the check book so we're forced to make our own. We're installing after market storage compartments too. I hope to post all my pics on a web site soon. We'll see how they come out.
