Going through the same process. Capt. Patrick suggested 1/4" pvc foam board laminated with plastic laminate. There is a link to pvc board distributors on the building tips on the left menu. Versacel is the brand name i am getting this weekend. Comes in sheets like plywood. Panel can be made with just the versacel but it does indent somewhat easily.
Kalwall is another product that some have used. It is a commercial skylight opaque plastic panel...i believe Dug has this on his boat.
Starboard material can be used but not suggested by Capt. Patrick.
The aftermarket side panels are around $1,400 or so for each side plus about $1,000 for the straight rear panel..so be prepared to spend the bucks.
There is another material that some have used...can't remember the name though...I seem to recall that Predator might have used it.
Guessing you mean pionite which is just a brand name for plastic laminate...like formica or wilsonart.
Hope this helps.
