Boy, ready to paint this weekend, I'm envious.

I just got my rudders dropped last week and will begin layup on the new rudder shelves tomorrow (playing hookey since it's going to hit 70 in B-more).

As for bottom paint's I've used most of what's on the marke, especially when I can get it on sale, never really an issue with the bottom gitting dirty. Now the running gear is another story completely. The past 2 years I've had to short haul in July due to lost performance caused by barnacles on props and shafts.

Rawleigh, do you have a good source for the barnacle block? & can I use it on shafts as well?

I hate burning the $150 or so for the short haul especailly when by Sept I need it again.
