What I've noticed, over the years with the Micron and the M. Extra is obvious, but amazing. When the boat is pulled in Oct. the bottom looks "just painted" and new. By May, exposed all winter with the weather[rain,etc.] most of the paint has washed off the stern and a great deal is missing from the bottom. More is removed by weather, during the winter, than by the physical contact of sitting and running in the ocean for six months in the summer.
