Thanks Walter! This is why this site is the best!
I'll add the Diaphragm to my list of possible fixes. The others are to Replace the Seat for the racor ball (it has some minor damage), and take a look at the mounting heigth of the Racor. It is mounted about 8"s lower than the Starboard and almost at the same level as the fuel tank. I don't know if this is a problem, but it's different.
