I bought a new pair from Danny at High Tide in Marathon, FL last year. I called them tie bar ends. If memory serves me right, they were about $94 each (not cheap, but top quality). Try the link below. I couldn't find a picture of them on the website, but call Danny and he'll know what you're talking about.
