Paul,
Without the gear ratio and rpm, a prop size can't be determined. It all should have been figured out before the engine package was ordered to make sure you could fit the correct prop and take full advantage of the the increase in HP and torque.
The installers should be able to determine what this should be. If they can't, I would be concerned.
