Did the engine otherwise perform normally when you had the leaking diaphram? My Port engine is hard to start after it sits for a few days. I have to Crank it until I get fuel back up to it.(of course I need a boost for the battery to get this done) UV and I discussed it and thought possibly the check in the Racor was the culprit and letting the fuel flow back to the tank.
