Mac - AJ, with the same engines and gears, is swinging 21x22 three blade Nibrals with no cup and is probably a bit under propped, but runs fine with any load. With your big tower I'd start with 20x22 or 21x21 in the three blades. My guess you would start on the underpropped side there. On the other hand, may be a good idea to up an inch on pitch on either one and come back down, since you now gonna be a speed demon.
