Steve. No that is not the stuff that I used before Rejex on the curtains. It is called 3M Clear Plastic Restorer/Cleaner. It comes in a squeeze bottle not a spray bottle. All I can say is it works. You may want to call the 1-800 number for 3M and talk to the horses mouth. for specifics. Mirror Glaze #17 (M1708) works about as well as the 3M .Dave K
