Cummins 6B-210 Fuel Filter Q&A

It's tough trying to plan any work without your boat nearby. The only thing I really need to do before bringing her up the bay (home) is change the fuel filters. The Cummins manual makes it sound pretty straight forward but I'd like to draw on the experience of those here.
1. My broker said the filters in the bulkhead mounted Racors "look like" 2010's. Does that sound right or should I just plan on running out for replacement filters upon disassembly?
2. How can I identify and pre-purchase the screw on secondary fuel filter on the engine block? I couldn't find them listed in the Cummins manual.
3. The manual essentially says remove the old filters (clean the racors) and install the new filters after having filled them w/ fuel. Any air in the system will be automatically bled off in a Cummins 210, true? Clean the Racor housing, bowl, etc. with what?
4. My surveyor said the primary filters should be 30m and the secondaries 10m. The Cummins mechanic said they should both be 30m so as not to restrict fuel flow.
