B31 60's-70's resin color?

I've worked on 31's from the early 70's to mid 80's and now that I'm narrowing the field in search of my own boat I've found what appears to be an enigma. Before I squeeze the trigger here's what I've got:
I've come across a late 1960's 31fbc and while doing the standard hatch lifting, wood poking, hull tapping once over I noticed that instead of the raw emerald green look on the hull interior this one seems to be milky green. The tabbing seems OK and all the stringers carry the same milky green hew. Further up the hull sides the color remains consistent. I know that this milky appearance can signify water intrusion in cored boats but does it mean the same in solid hulls? There is some evidence of blistering on the hull bottom.
Should this be a concern or is this a by product of production refinement and resin changes over the years.

Thanks as always

JP
