Walter's Cookbook

UV/All-
Rec'd the cookbook this morning from UV's paralegal. Needless to say, this has to be one of the most unique seafood cookbooks I have ever seen (and believe me, I have a shelf full of them). It clearly shows the author put his heart and soul into the project. It is tough to put down. I thought I knew it all, but managed to learn a few things within 5 minutes of browsing through it.

It would make a great gift to any fisherman who fishes coastal waters. That being said- Walter, where can I get a few more?

Hopefully the next one to hit this site will be UV's Cajun Coonass Cookbook.
