Ian,

Any urethanes have to be protected from freezing, (Awlgrip, Imron, Briteside, etc), epoxies are OK even if they freeze and then thaw, (West System, epoxy Barrier Caots, Polypoxy, etc). None of them should be applied below 60°F.
