Number 2 is OK 2/0 is the real big stuff. Very overkill for that particular application. Sorry for slow response but I'm off this week painting the house. I'm on a regular dial up connection at home , too slow for regular check ins.Looks like I'm too late for a cookbook but that's OK I'll send Patrick some dough for the site. One of the best things that has happened to me in discovering Patrick's web site. Dave K
