They may be a great fit, but why would you take a 4b over a 6bta? From all I have ever read about marine engines, there is no substitute for cubic inches, and a 6bta @250 h.p. will run for thousands of hours, and I'll bet the fuel burns are close. I'm no expert for sure, and maybe someone will post a reason why, but unless there much much cheaper (and I still wouldn't do it), I think it would be a mistake.
