B20 Hull question

With the exception of the motor and fuel tank compartment on the B20 moppie, is the entire area under deck solid foam? I have made a few exploritary holes and they all seemed to be foamed. I was thinking about deck boxes on the outside of the stringers but if it is solid foam I'll leave it that way. As always any help is great.
