Cummins Power Systems Inc (Bristol PA) is the Cummins Distributor for Southern New Jersey up to and including Ocean County, they will be able to help you find a dealer of theirs that can suit your friends needs. For Northern New Jersey from Monmouth County and up the servicing distributor is Cummins Metropower (Newark NJ), and they may be able to help you find one of their dealers to help your friend out. Both distributors have their own marine tech's but travel costs may make it worth while to have them recommend a local dealer.
