This is usually a personal choice however, the school of thought is this.
3 blades will give you more top end speed.
4 blades will supposedly give you a higher cruise speed and a smoother ride.

This is what I've been told at the prop shops.
Whichever you decide, make sure you get inside the engine mfg's maximum rpm range at W.O.T.
