thanks for the sugestion,the person who refinished the rail the last time did alot of gougeing into the rail, theres a 38 down easter in my yard that my friend has been putting together, he bought the hull and is finishing the boat him self, been working on it for the past year and a half he shold be going in by may. my plan is to use his tent next fall and re paint the entire outside of the boat and to put on a new rail at that time. looks like a will not be boared next winter.
