Even with ANWAR approved for drilling, prices won't come down. Besides the lawsuits will keep that tied up for years.
The US lacks refineries so even if supplies loosen up, demand continues to keep production costs high, especially with the California blends now mandated.

But I guess you have to admit that US gas prices as compared with the rest of the world have been low. We are about to catch up and then some.

Now only if our drug prices were in line with other countries, the gas wouldn't be so hard to take.
