B20 power?

OK,

I am ready to purchacee the outboard for my B20 project boat but I have some questions. Single 225 or pair of 115 or 130s. This boat is being built for the sole purpose of salt water light tackle and flyfishing on medium to long range trips (2-5 day Bahama runs). Trying to get about a 300 mile range out of 120-140 gal. Any input will be greatly accepted.
