Mike,
I live in Houston and my brother in Lake Jackson. Our boat is currently at Pier 77 in Galveston on blocks. Stop by any time you're in the area. We are usually there on weekends most of the day. Ours is the only 31 in the yard. It's been there for a year now. We fish out of Port Mansfield quite a bit since our parents live there. I've gathered from many of the postings that you are down around the Freeport/Turtle Cove area. Look forward to meeting up some day soon.
