I think you are still way out in left field. Supposedly, if the boat even does 50mph, 454's will probably give him about twice his speed in fuel consumption at top end. My 31Bahia Mar at WOT, (30 kts or roughly 35.6mph) burns close to 50gph. At cruise roughly 22kts (26mph) I burn 28-30gph. The only real way to tell is with a pair of Floscans and a gps. These will give you accurate speed and fuel consumption at speed.
