I ran the lenco tabs in a larger application (50-Viking) and had poor results, while the hydraulic tabs will leak from time to time you can usually repair these problems in the water. When you have a problem with the lenco tab unit it requires a haul out for replacement of the entire unit. We had replaced at least 2 tab units every 2 years in the big boat application (haul out typically costing close to the repair). I've seen the best life (read-long term performance) out of the old hydraulic tabs. The 31fbc I am involved with a friend on will benefit from not having electric tabs on it. For what its worth.
