Check out Lord Adhesives. They make a product (7660 I think) that I used for my PVC foam board / formica lamination.

Call their customer service line at 1-800-458-0456 to talk to them about your application. Lord is recognized as a very high end adhesive manufacturer.

Interesting, Lord also makes the Tactile feedback device that the new Volvo IPS uses for the steer by wire. They developed it for the steer by wire trucks a few years ago.
