Check out Patriot Marine. I think they are in Waretown, NJ. They did the Aluminum tanks in my boat (not a 31) and they look great five years later. The secret with the aluminum is the installation. Coat them with some kind of truck bed liner and then check out yachtsurvey.com or with Pat on proper tank installation and save yourself several grand.
